Product Overview:
Alkali-resistant fire-resisting casting material is a high-quality Casting material made of aluminosilicate as refractory aggregate and powder, which is formulated with aluminate cement and admixture. At high temperatures, it will react with alkali metal oxides to form a high-viscosity liquid phase, forming an enamel-like protective layer, covering the surface of the Casting material to block the surface pores, to prevent the penetration and erosion of the alkali metal melt. High temperature performance and resistance to alkali erosion. It is mainly used in the cement kiln preheater system to connect the parts with alkali erosion in the kiln such as flue, decomposition furnace and tertiary duct. According to the physical and chemical indicators, it is divided into two brands: GT-13NL and GT-14NL.
